If you struggle with measuring metrics for individual engineers, sites, or clients, using our improved auto-tagging feature might be your solution. BizRatings automatically pulls a variety of classification types directly from ConnectWise that we can turn into auto-tags such as client team members, agreement types, marketing manager groups, and territories which can be used to help you sort, filter and measure any metric in BizRatings. If you aren’t using tags to analyze your accounts, you may be overlooking this useful tool.

 

You can setup tags and auto-tags to better organize and search your data by logging into your Bizratings user account then navigating in the left navigation menu to Connectwise->Company Name->Settings->Tag Types. Let us know if you need any help, tips or advice!
