Managing your Contacts in BizRatings
Please see the steps below to see how you can update the Company Address Book in BizRatings. This will come in handy in preparation to sending out a Customer Satisfaction survey to your clients. Learn about how you can create and send surveys to your clients here.

How to Add New Contacts
There are 4 ways you can add new contacts
- Add a single contact manually
- Add multiple contacts manually
- Importing from CSV
- Importing from ConnectWise Marketing Group labelled BizRatings (ConnectWise Clients only)
Adding a single contact manually
Step 1. Press Add a Contact near the upper right corner of page

Step 2. Enter in the information for your new contact. The Email Address and First Name are required fields.
*Please note: You can only send customer satisfaction surveys to contacts listed as Clients.

Step 3. Hit Save once the details for your new contact is entered.
Adding multiple contacts manually
Step 1. Press Add Manually near the upper right corner of page

Step 2. Select how you want your new contacts to be categorized
*Please note: You can only send customer satisfaction surveys to contacts listed as Clients.
Step 3. Enter the contact information in the following format:
Email*, First Name*, Last Name, Business Name, Phone No.
Example:
Email@domain.com,John,Smith,ABC Company, 5551234567
Email@domain.com,Jane,Johnson,ABC Company, 5555554567
Step 4. Click Add Contacts and you will see how many contacts were added successfully
Step 5. Once everything looks good, you can click Back to Address Book

Adding contacts from a CSV File
Step 1. Categorize the new contacts
Step 2. Download the CSV Template
Step 3. Fill in the template with your contacts information *(Email and First Name Required)
Step 4. Click Browse to upload your CSV File
Step 5. Click Upload CSV File to import the file
Step 6. Once everything looks good, you can click Back to Address Book
Importing from ConnectWise Marketing Group – ConnectWise Clients Only
Step 1. Create a marketing group in ConnectWise called BizRatings and make sure this group includes all your contacts
Step 2. Click Connectwise Import

Step 3. Import
The contacts are this group will be added to your address book and also be included in a newly created distribution list
Distribution Lists – Applies for all clients
In
BizRatings you are able to create Distribution Lists. The purpose of the
distribution list is make it easy for you to manage recipients for your surveys
You may
create a new distribution list by Creating a new List Title

Once you have a distribution list created, you may
- Open and update the list
- Rename the list
- Remove the List
