Introducting BizRatings Google Review Tool
This tool can now work in several ways in order to increase your chances of getting a Google Review from our CSAT surveys whenever you receive a positive review.
You may select 1 of 3 options - Regular, Express and Direct.
If you would like to update your settings, please to go the Google Review Setup Page, select the Type you prefer and click Update.

Please see details below on the new Types:
Regular (Default)
This type will ask your client if they would like to review you a review on Google at the end of the BizRatings Web Survey.They will need to keep the check box marked.
This method will ensure that you will get individual employee scores and comments if they client completes the survey.
Express
This type will present your client a list of options to see where they would like to leave a review after they give you a high score on a BizRatings email Survey.They will be presented multiple options including completing the BizRatings survey.
Direct
This type will take your directly to Google to leave a review after they leave a high score on a BizRatings survey.This method will only get you a ticket score for BizRatings surveys and no employee scores or comments.
We recommend this for users who have a high volume of posted BizRatings reviews with comments (500+) and low amount of Google Reviews (under 30) or any users who have a low average of Google Reviews (average below 4 stars).
Please keep in mind that the direct setting will result in less comments for high score reviews in BizRatings.
