Feature updates  

  • 10.0234.0, released 4/10/2023 Score Threshold Auto Approval for Review Public Posting Added: Low Score Auto Approval feature added to CSAT, Project, NPS Surveys and Review Widget separately. Users set score threshold above which qualifying survey responses will be automatically approved for public posting on a company's BizRatings public profile page 
  • 10.0234.0, released 4/10/2023 HTML support added to "About" section of BizRatings profile: HTML support added "About" section of Company Profile 
  • 10.0234.0, released 4/10/2023 Enhanced API BrightGauge Integration: Enhanced BrightGauge API to allow export of BizRatings CSAT data into BrightGauge. 
  • 10.0234.1, released 4/10/2023 Survey Results UI Updates: Survey results UI updates in Client Surveys > Survey Responses with feature addition of a "Consolidated View" where users can view manual survey results across multiple pages 
  • 10.0234.1, released 4/10/2023 Survey Landing Page Updates: Refreshed graphics, updated formatting of Survey landing pages, including addition of N/A Scoring button 
  • 10.0234.21,  released 4/18/2023 Internal Email Layout Updates: Neostyle email layout applied to all direct email communication between BizRatings and Clients via new Email Templates page 
  • 10.0234.2, released  4/20/2023 Email Template Settings Quick Score Review Title Feature Added: Feature that allows entry of custom phrases for mid and high score ranges. Custom Review Titles will be automatically cycled through and applied to QuickScores when they are received. NeoStyle Email Layouts show QuickScore Custom Review Titles on Survey Emails.

  • 10.0234.9,  released 4/20/2023 NPS/Non-Integrated Standard Surveys, NeoStyle update: NeoStyle layout applied to Non-Integrated Standard/NPS Surveys managed through Company Profile > Client Surveys > Survey Management
