Classic & NeoStyle Email Layout - Email Template Settings

BizRatings NeoStyle Email Layout includes enhanced features/functionality relating to all BizRatings emails on your behalf to clients, including CSAT survey emails your clients receive once their ticket is closed. BizRatings users may choose between two email layout styles: Classic and NeoStyle. 

NeoStyle features a cleaner, balanced layout and color palette to support and harmonize with your brand logo; developed to match design of full web-based BizRatings Survey; brighter, better balanced and updated graphic art and design that is desktop/mobile responsive; improved and updated messaging across all communication; customizable Support Message area to direct your end users future support inquiries and the added ability to include your Company's Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube profile URLs. 

Email Layouts are managed through Connected Apps > Connectwise > Settings > Email Template Settings


To view or update your email template selection, you must be logged in as your company's BizRatings Administrator >  Connected Apps > expand your Company listing > Settings > Email Template Settings > Active Template section.  Email layout changes must be applied by a user with BizRatings Administrator rights. 

Important note: Due to the difference in the layouts, it is crucial that you prepare your customers/end users to expect a survey communications refresh. Without advanced preparation, you risk reducing response rates simply because your end users may not recognize the refreshed look of the survey emails. To help our prepare your end users, we encourage you to download/customize this email template, which should be sent anywhere up to 1 week before apply an email layout. 

We suggest that you educate your staff on the refreshed look of BizRatings emails to prepare them for any incoming inquries. Emails announcing the new layout should be sent from your domain to communicate urgency and command attention. We also suggest you take this layout update as an opportunity to remind end users to add @bizratings.com to all whitelists/safe sender lists. Due to the required client prepration, BizRatings does not automatically apply switches to active email layout.  

SETTING UP YOUR COMPANY LOGO  

BizRatings pulls your company logo from Company Profile > Expand your company listing >  Company Profile > Edit Profile > Update your logo.  This is the same logo used on your BizRatings public company profile page. 

Note the specifications below: 
1) Recommended minimum image size for NeoStyle Templates is: 145px wide X 30px height.  

2)  The ideal logo image size for both the Company Profile and Neostyle is: 200px x 200px. If your logo is appearing small in your company profile and/or NeoStyle template, adjust your logo image to optimal design and resolution using a square aspect of 200px x 200px.  If you only have a rectangular version of your logo, we suggest a width of 200px.

3) Larger logos can be accommodated. The HTML code in the NeoStyle Template (and your BizRatings Company Profile page) is set automatically resize to fit in the provided space on both desktop and mobile devices.

4) If your logo appears grainy, try a logo that is above the recommended size threshold and with a higher resolution.

UPDATING GENERAL EMAIL TEMPLATE CONTENT

These Email Subject and Custom Review Message are used in SERVICE TICKET AND PROJECT survey email templates only.

The Testimonal Message is present in ALL Survey Email types: NPS, Service Ticket and Project 

1) Customize the email subject your surveys (SERVICE TICKET AND PROJECT survey emails only)  - Enter the Email Subject template text, note you can use the ticket field variables in the subject by clicking on the approriate field on the right side of the screen.  

2) Customize your review message > The "review message" appears just below the main question in your email template, which by default is "How was our Service?" You may customize a message to encourage recipients to submit a thoughtful review,  note you can use the ticket field variables in the subject by clicking on the approriate field on the right side of the screen.


NEOSTYLE TEMPLATE CONTENT SETTINGS
The NeoStyle has enhanced customization features that are specified in this area. 

These fields are present in ALL SURVEY TYPE EMAILS: NPS, Service Ticket and Project 

1) Custom Support Message - This area is displayed just above the footer of ALL emails (not just survey emails) in the NeoStyle layout.  This area is meant to for your company to instruct end users on where to direct inquires for future support.

2) Social Media links - When completed, a add social media area will appear in the footer of ALL emails (not just survey emails) in the NeoStyle layout.  These links will empower end users to directly engage with your company from BizRatings email. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube social media urls are currently supported. If a social media URL is left blank, the correlating graphic/URL is omitted from the email template. 


QUICK SCORE REVIEW TITLES

When a reviewer clicks on a scoring face image on a survey email (both Classic and NeoStyle), BizRatings records the correlating score as a QuickScore. In the case a reviewer does not submit a response on the survey landing page, the QuickScore is registered as the final survey score when published to your BizRatings public company profile.

Whenever a QuickScore is registered, BizRatings will apply one of the correlating score range review titles on a rotating basis. If there is 1 phrase entered, BizRatings will use that phrase as the default for the specified score range. If there are no custom review phrases specified, BizRatings will use “QuickScore” as the review title.

Quick Score Review Title Phrases are also displayed in NeoStyle email survey templates to guide reviewers on what mid to high score ranges translate to. You can customize review title phrases for medium and high score ranges only. Type your phrase directly into specified area and click enter. Multiple phrases should be separated by commas. There is a limit of maximum 5 phrases.
