Whitelisting BizRatings to Increase Customer Engagement
What is whitelisting?
Whitelisting is an email security protocol that allows emails to be able to be "accepted" or "denied" to allow/restrict messages based on the email address used by the sender. Whitelisting involves users identifying email addresses they wish to receive communications from, and adding these address as trusted sender sources in email delivery preferences. Whitelisting email addresses and domain names, like messages@bizratings.com and the @bizratings.com domain, allows communications to be delivered to your focused or main inbox as opposed to being filtered out as junk or spam.
Why should I whitelist?
