Different ways to respond to a survey
There are 2 ways to receive a response on a survey
- Single Click - clicking on a smiley face in the survey email
- Complete Survey - click submit on the survey page
Single click ratings
By tracking a score on a single click, you have the ability to get a pulse on your clients without taking away their time.
To leave a 1 click rating, the user must simply click on 1 of the smiley faces shown above. After clicking the proper score, we save and remember that score even if they do not submit the survey. On average, we are seeing that 60% to 70% of the responses are complete surveys but this one click option is good alternative if your clients are receiving a lot of surveys
Complete Surveys
After clicking a smiley face in the survey email, the recipient will be taken to the survey page where they will complete the following:1) Confirming their Score
The user MUST confirm the score for this ticket to ensure that it is an accurate representation of their experience. THIS SCORE WILL BE THE FINAL SCORE FOR THE TICKET.

2) Answer additional questions or Provide an individual score for each employee
These questions will NOT count towards the final score for this survey. The purpose for these questions is to give you a way to ask customized questions to your clients and retain internal data.
If you pick the employee review template, your client will be asked to provide a separate score for each employee posted as a billable resource on the ticket. These scores will be separate from the ticket score.

3) Adding comments (optional)
The user can also include a testimonial to go along with their experience. If you have the External review feature activated, then the prompt to leave a review on Google will show up as long as the ticket score is above the threshold set by you.
4) Submitting their response
Once the survey has been completed, the user can click the Submit button and close the survey. This will submit the review into BizRatings. If they chose to Post a Review to Google, then they will be taken to your Google Business Page to leave you a Google Review.
