Here are some guidelines on how to receive email notifications:

  • Signing into your BizRatings company account
  • Click the Settings button from the side navigation
  • Select Notifications

Low Score Threshold



This is an email notification that is sent immediately after a review is completed and falls within a certain score range. By selecting a score (1-10) in the dropdown list, you are setting the maximum threshold to this range. For example, if you select 7 from the dropdown list, you will receive an email for any review that has a score of 7 or below.

Email Recipients


To add recipients to the above 2 notifications, simply list all of the email addresses that apply. All email addresses listed will be cc'd on the same notification so you can share any follow-up conversations using the same email thread. If you would like to remove an email address, simply click the x button next to each email address.

Utilize the Email Connector

To help make your process top notch, you can combine our low score threshold with Connectwise's email connector. Under your notifications, add an email address that works with this email connector and Connectwise will parse your notifications to either create a brand new ticket OR attach it to an existing ticket.
