Here are some guidelines on how to view your survey responses:
  • Signing into your BizRatings account
  • Select Service Tickets from the side navigation

How to filter your reviews?

At the top of the page, there is a filter reviews section to help filter your data see the trends new. For example, you can filter your results by Ticket#, Company Name, or Tags after setting the proper option in the dropdown list and entering a keyword in the keyword textbox. You can also filter your results by Date Range, Engineer, or Review Type.  

If you would like to export your responses, simply click the More drop-down to export as a pdf or csv.

 Why should this page be your best friend?


  1. View your recent survey responses from your service tickets & project tickets
    • Know the score of the ticket and how the client felt about the experience
    • Know who the engineers were for that ticket so you can learn more about the exact instance
    • Know the client/contact that left this review to get a pulse on how they think of your service
  2. Filter your results
    • Adjust your date range (Date Range) to learn more about that particular point in time
    • View all the reviews for an individual engineer (Engineers) to get an impression on their overall service level (unweighted scores)
    • Show ONLY the reviews with comments (Review Type) to see who has more to say about your business
    • Grab an overview of your service towards a particular tag based on (Industry, Service Agreement, Location, etc.)
    • All our charts are modified based on your filters to help you get a clear view of the outliers 
  3. Bring a report to your next meeting
    • After filtering your data, click the export button to export these reviews and bring them to your next business meeting
    • These reports can shed some light on your service with a particular client, both the good and the bad
  4. Utilize the actions
    • Click the Info button to get more details about the individual ticket/response
    • To edit a score, click the Pad/Pen button to pull up the score window. ** You must enter a reason in order to adjust the score of the response.  Also, once you a score has been adjusted, you CANNOT post it for public viewing
    • If you need to delete a response, click the Trash button and click delete
