Connectwise Surveys - What do you think of your client's users (Engineer Reviews)

How does it work?


By inviting your engineers to create an account on Bizratings, they have the option to view their personal reviews/tickets. However, we don't show the score for their tickets until they supply a review of the client's contact (The contact that responded to the survey). Here is an example:



To find out what the client gave them, they must complete the following:
  • Click on the proper smiley face that corresponds to this ticket
  • If the ticket has a score of 7 or below, you are REQUIRED to leave comments so please do so.
  • Once you are done, please click the Submit my ratings button located on the bottom of your tickets




IMPORTANT: These reviews are for internal use only.

What can admin see?

If you have admin rights for your business, you can view a couple of unique features that are tied to Employee Reviews:

  1. How much do your engineers love a particular client OR a user at that client?
    • Visit the Client Summary page to view this data


  • To see the scores for users at a particular client, click the company
