Why export?
After collecting reviews from your clients, you may want to have these reviews handy during your next business meeting. By exporting your reviews, you can bring up the recent interactions that occurred with a particular client and how they scored your engineers. From a reputation standpoint, you can show your clients that you are aware of any issues that arise and want to constantly grow to give them the best service possible.How to export?
- Signing into your BizRatings account
- Selecting your Business
- Click the My Integrations button from the My Accounts page
- Under CSAT Reports, select Service Tickets (Admin)

- Filter your reviews using the different options, Click the Search button to apply your filters
- Click the More button and export to csv or pdf.
What does the pdf export look like?
Every pdf export comes with a summary page to show the number of responses, avg score, and the response rate.
After the summary page, we will then show the list of individual reviews based on the filter that you have selected:
