Enable Your CW API - Service Ticket and Project BizRatings Sync Closed Status
To view which APIs we use for our surveys and reports, navigate to Connected Apps > My Integrations > Expand your company listing > Settings > API AccessOn the left hand side, you will see the different types of APIs that are being used for our surveys. If you see a green checkbox next to an API, this means that you have successfully enabled this API in Connectwise and we can make a connection. If you see a red "X" next to a particular API, please go to your integrator login and enable this API. Once enabled, please click the test button to ensure the api access was successful.
Under API Integration Account Details, click "Modify Sync Status" to specify the closed status in CW for Service Tickets and Project record. Please note that BizRatings Project Surveys are triggered once an entire Project record is closed, not when an individual Project Ticket is closed.
