The Engineer Leaderboard helps you quickly see how your team is performing based on CSAT scores and activity.

Step 1: Activate Your Engineers

Before the leaderboard can display results, you’ll need to enable the engineers you want to track.

Go to User Management.
Enable each engineer you want included in reporting.

Step 2: Access the Employee Leaderboard

To view your leaderboard:

Open your Summary page.
Scroll to the Employee Leaderboard section.
Click the Fullscreen Leadership button.

Step 3: Customize Your Leaderboard View

You can tailor your leaderboard to get the most meaningful insights. Options include:

Toggle Weighted vs. Unweighted scoring
Switch between months
Apply filters (e.g., minimum number of reviews)

Weighted vs. Unweighted Scores: What’s the Difference?

Unweighted

Originally, the leaderboard displayed a simple monthly average of CSAT scores plus the number of responses. The downside?
Engineers with only 1–3 perfect‑score reviews would often appear at the top—even if they worked far fewer hours.

Weighted (Default)

To better represent monthly performance, we introduced weighted scoring, which factors in both:

Average CSAT score, and
Monthly billable hours

This approach highlights engineers who not only maintain strong customer satisfaction but also contribute significant work volume.
