How can I post reviews publicly?

  • Login to your Bizratings account
  • Find your company from your accounts and click the open button
  • Click the Company Home link

 
  • Use the side navigation to open Ratings & Reviews and click the Review Dashboard link


Filtering your reviews


Review Status

  • Active Reviews: All the reviews that are publicly shown on your company profile page
  • Pending Reviews: All of your survey responses that are waiting to be approved/hidden. These reviews DO NOT show publicly on your company profile
  • Hidden Reviews: All of the reviews that you have marked as hidden. Because they are hidden, they DO NOT show publicly on your company profile
  • Unresponded Reviews: All of the reviews that you have not responded to. If you submit a response for a public review, that response will appear publicly below the review description on your company profile

Review Type

  • Survey Response: Any review that comes from one of your surveys
  • Public Rating: Any review that was left by visiting your company profile page
  • Connectwise Ticket Surveys:  Any review related to service work that was came from a survey in our connectwise integration tool (needs activation)
  • Connectwise Project Surveys: Any review related to project work that came from a survey in our connectwise integration tool  (needs activation)

Search Bar

  • Search in: Filter your reviews by (reviewer name, company name, title, or review)
  • Keyword: Enter your search criteria for filtering
  • Only Comments: Choose to see all of your reviews OR only ones with comments
  • Sort By: Sort your reviews based on date or score

How to approve a review 


  • Click Pending Reviews 
  • Click the green Approve Review button
Reviews that are posted will be reviews included in your Review Widget

Recommendation

For you first 200-250 posted reviews, only post positive reviews (9 and 10) with or without comments.
After this, only post reviews with comments. This include high scores and low scores that have fair comments. Don't post any reviews that name or shame your staff members.

How to block a review 

  • Click Pending Reviews
  • Click the gray Block Review button

How to respond to a review

  
  • Click Pending Reviews
  • Click New Response Button
  • Type your comment under New Response and click Post Response
**Please note that when you post a response, the client that left you the review will get an email with your response. If you post a review with a comment, the comment will be public as well.


How to see or update your previous responses


  • Click the Responses Button with the arrow in it to view all responses
  • Click Edit Response for the comment you would like to update
  • Update the comment in the text box and click the Edit Response when completed
