BizRatings Review Widget: Leverage your CSAT responses by promoting them as verified, online customer testimonials

Follow the steps below to customize and add your BizRatings Review Widget to your website: 

1) Login to BizRatings as a user with Administrative rights 


2) Navigate to Company Profile  >  Expand your Company listing > Ratings & Reviews  >  Review Widget


3) Select between the Classic and NeoStyle (*recommended) widget layout and follow on-screen prompts to customize your widget to meet your needs.

*Note that the NeoStyle layout supports feature-rich customization including the following: 
  • Widget Mode: Select color layout, Dark, Light or Custom to set Primary and Secondary font color values 
  • Font Size: to apply to Review Name and Comments
  • Company Name Visible? Specify whether the name of your client company should appear below the Review Name. 
  • Pagination Graphics? Yes – Show pagination dots for navigation above BizRatings logo; No – Hide pagination dots, enables auto scroll through reviews.
  • Which responses should we include? You may opt to include ALL recent CSAT Reviews, Reviews with No Comments or Reviews with Comments only
  • # of Reviews to include?  Specify the number of recent reviews to include in widget.
  • Widget Auto Approval Threshold: Recommended: 8 or above – Automatically includes survey responses of 8 and above in widget; None – includes all survey responses received in BizRatings.


4) Click Generate Classic or Neostyle Widget to update the code snippet with your customizations. Once the code is updated, a preview of your customizations will be reflected in either the Classic or Neostyle Preview panes, depending on your selection.

5) Once you are satisifed with the widget customizations, proceed to the "Code for Neostyle (or Classic)" panes, copy from the entire contents starting: 
 "<!-- BEGIN: Bizratings website widget (https://www.bizratings.com) --> to <!-- END: Bizratings website Widget (https://www.bizratings.com) -->" as indicated below and paste the code into the desired webpage.
